St. George Marathon - Giving it my all

I meant to post before today, but this week has been chaos and I have been a mess. Dealing with my hip pain has put me on a roller coaster of emotions, but after an x-ray and MRI resulted in a green light from my ortho, I am packed and ready to head south to St. George to run the marathon and meet my goals. Since I have to go get The Princess from school in a few minutes, I'll just say I am going to give it my all. I'll give you more goal specifics in my race report. If you are the praying type, throw in a little prayer that my hip pain eases up as I get going.

And if you are running St. George tomorrow too, look for me! I'll be wearing a teal tank and black running skirt. Good luck to everyone running! Everyone else...have a great weekend!

You better believe I'll be looking for you. Do not discount yourself at all. Believe in your training and capabilities. If you need some inspiration go read Lindsay Cotter's post from today.

If they have KT tape at the expo get your hip taped up. It seriously did wonders for me when I went in to my last half with some lingering issues. I will def be keeping you in my thoughts tomorrow and hoping you are running well!!! Just go out there and give it your all girl, you've totally got this!
